Great service, good delivery, nothing can be faulted except: My wife and I do not have free movement in our hips and knees & because of this it is very difficult (almost impossible) to get our leg over the bike. Twice that I have ridden the bike I have found it very smooth, quiet, and comfortable.

Overall good exercise bike, easy to put together. Does need constant tightening as it's loosens on every ride and becomes very creaky and wobbly.

I’m so happy with my recumbent exercise bike, thank you for your prompt delivery. This bike is great, I have back issues so using the bike and having the back support is ideal for me, I have it set up in my lounge room and sometimes watch a movie while using it, before I know it an hr has passed😂 so I’m exercising and enjoying it and it’s not noisy, the bike was easily set up , instructions were easy to follow, absolute value for the money spent, infact I bought another one for my daughter and the whole family use it. Took some time to get here, I had done my research but was still a bit disappointed, as I'm used to gym bikes I guess it's just an adjustment period but do not like the seat that moves on a spring, the tension adjuster does not seem to tighten fly wheel at all so im stuck with same tension & cannot do any stand up spinning. At 171cm tall I have seat & handke bars to full extension but my legs cannot fully extend. Wish I'd bought a used bike instead now, sad as it was a luxury present for myself to recover at home after being illas cannot get to gym. However, product materials are quality & it was easy to assemble. Lesson learnt.
