Fitting Notes:

The Islay shoe is a lace up style featuring a leather upper and contoured removable footbed.
The roomy toe box makes these shoes a great option for average width feet.
The leather can be a little stiff to begin with but will quickly soften up with wear.
The removable footbed offers arch support but can also be swapped out for custom orthotics.

Shipping Details

We know you’re eager to get your new shoes as soon as possible so we hustle to get your order out fast! All our orders are sent with super speedy Australia Post Express.

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched on the day you order them (orders placed before 4pm AEST).

If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day. If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, we have to transfer them from one of our five stores which can add a maximum of 2 days to this process.

Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions:

- Items must be returned for change of mind within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be unworn or in their original condition.

- Refunds do incur a $13 shipping fee.

- For faulty products, there is no time limit to submit your return but it is upon discretion of the supplier.

- You must provide a copy of your receipt to receive a refund or exchange.

- Items need to be returned in a parcel bag. Please do not stick the returns label to the box. A $15 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund if the shoes are not returned in a parcel bag and in their original packaging.
