We use multiple couriers to get the best possible delivery times. Most parcels will be sent with AU post however depending on the location we may also use Sendle.
Most items will arrive in 3-10 working days AU wide. In the rare instance that a delivery takes longer than this, please contact us to work out a solution.

All retailers are required to accept faulty returns by law, but we are happy to provide Refunds for all "change of mind" returns as well, less our restocking fee and you will have 30 days to decide! Simply return your item for any reason, in brand new and unused/sealed condition - exactly as received with the retail box and all tags in tact and we will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price less the advertised restocking fee*.
If however there is any fault with the item, it will be inspected upon receipt and a full refund will be issued including the return postage. You can be sure that if the item is faulty you are fully covered and will not be out of pocket for any postage costs.
