The inbuilt RFID card reader allows for a smart card system to read the data from the card and output it as the entry of the PIN/User Code.

This access control keypad is a self-contained weatherproof keypad combining the functions of a digital keypad and a proximity RFID card reader into one unit. It can work independently as a stand alone entry system or together with an existing alarm system to enable high security zone access. The inbuilt RFID card reader allows for a smart card system to read the data from the card and output it as the entry of the PIN/User Code. These functionalities and the PINs, RFID Cards, etc. are all programmable through the unit to suit your needs. The unit features a backlit keypad to make the keypad more visible for users when operating in a dark area or at night. The quality key buttons are made of epoxy coated silicone rubber to make them more durable so key numbers will not fade with use. The unit also contains a tamper switch to protect the keypad from an attacker. Two RFID Cards are included.
