Returns Policy

As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.

A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.

  • Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item

  • Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item

  • Large (Mattress) – $45 per item

  • Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

 

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • I was very surprised at the size of box the order came in (photo), really compact. Assembly was super easy. Understanding the instructions was easy too. I really like the style of this setting. After assembly of the table, I did find that the glass did not suck on to the cups and keeps sliding around; also that the glass doesn't fit exactly square on the table (photo). As for the chairs, they are comfortable, the cushions are super thin though, so if you want more padding, get thick cushions. With one chair, the hole where the screw goes in was HUGE, so the screw went right through and thus has definitely weakened the support on that chair, which is a concern for later down the track as you won't get a refund on that chair if it should break at that point eventually. Conclusion: if you are on a tight budget but need something to pep-up your outdoor area, yes, I can recommend this product. But be sure to report the weaknesses, which I have done with no reply yet.
