After installation, two rings didn’t work. However, upon contacting the manufacturer, they quickly remedied by replacing it with new. Only issue is paying for another installation. In a positive note, I do like the large ring though. It was the only one that worked. It has three ring size areas to heat up. Never had a cooktop with which I could optimally use a large frypan.
