  2. The product be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. 

  3. A change of mind restocking fee of 15% will be applicable which includes to the original sale price including freight

  4. Any returns must be first be approved by the customer service team (Please not send items before receiving approval to do so.

  5. Return charges will be payable by the customer and may be higher than the original delivery charges.

  • I bought this cooktop for my rental property and I gotta say this is got to be the best and affordable investment for the property....delivered within 5 business days...

  • Just installed today. Needed to increase the hole in the kitchen bench by 5mm (annoying but not unexpected). Worked first time. Looks great. We’ll see how goes as it will be used daily. It was purchased as a replacement for a failing solid element hot plate that had served us well.
