After-sale service is an indispensable part, which deserves our full attention. By settling every dispute peacefully and proactively, we believe it is a way to improve ourselves and get closer to our users. Costway return policy is a promise to every user of our website or product.
NOTE: All our products come with a 12-month warranty.
We ensure that all our items are brand new and in excellent condition before shipping. If you receive an item that does not conform to those standards, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problems for you.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.
