I would have preferred it a little softer, but I will get used to it. I certainly need this to improve my balance. I am at a complete loss as to WHY it was supplied in such a Huge box with all that sealed air in plastic packaging, it seems to me a waste of material. I would like to know your reason why?? Thankyou Brian
