Totally worth the $16.90 for 5 piece kit, usually your paying the same price or more just for the adjustable hand gripper, i seen another kit for $50 in blue. It does help strengthen wrist and the rubber ring is great for blood flow, and quality is just as good

Lately I've been struggling to open jars and my hands have been getting stiff. I purchased 2 of these and put them on a chord, hung then around my neck and used both hands to exercise when I thought of it. My hands are much stronger and I feel STRONGER. Don't just purchase one and put it away and forget about it. Get TWO
