Water Pump Compatibility Requirements:

It is recommended to use a circulating water pump with a minimum flow rate of 20 m³/h to ensure proper operation of the heating element.
Insufficient water flow may cause the heating element to overheat and become damaged!

Proper Operating Procedure:

Turning On: Start the water pump first, then turn on the thermostat.
Turning Off: First, turn off the thermostat, wait for 10 seconds to 1 minute (depending on power rating), then turn off the water pump.

Safety Installation Instructions:

A reliable leakage protection device must be installed.
Installation and commissioning must be carried out by a certified electrician, with monthly inspections recommended.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used depends on the size and weight of each item as well as the delivery location. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment.

We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

We aim to dispatch all products within 2 business days.

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Change of Mind Returns

1. Yarrasupply will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Yarrasupply, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
