The user has the ability for 2-way audio communication with visitors to the door before allowing access. If the user is happy to allow the visitor in they can remotely unlock internal / external doors using IP-addressable remote door locks ideal in apartment living large homes or buildings where the visitor does not need to be met at the door.

All our products come with a 12 month standard warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return costs and the initial shipping is non-refundable. 20% re-stocking fees applies on all orders where product is not faulty and/or damaged.
