If you have not received your order or have received an incorrect product or a damaged product, or an incomplete order; please do not worry and contact the support team, we are here to help and will take appropriate action.
We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.
In the event your order does not arrive, you must notify us within 5 business days after the expected delivery date, as we would have to investigate with the courier/logistics. This can take further 7 business days, before we offer an appropriate resolution to you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective/faulty or incorrect, you must notify our customer service team within 3-5 days of the delivery date and share as much details as possible including any photographic or short video evidence to support your claim. Accordingly, we will offer you the options of a brand-new replacement, or a partial or a full refund (depending upon case-to-case basis).
Under a "CHANGE OF MIND" case, a return is only accepted if all the contents of the order remain in sale-able condition (in the same condition as it was sent to you - brand new, un-used, sealed). You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 days after making a return request. Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, manuals, labels & tags still attached and other documents, if any, accompanying the items. In some cases, we might be able to provide you a return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup and deduct these return shipping costs from your order's purchase amount.
NOTE: Return Shipping under “CHANGE OF MIND” cases is always at the buyer's expense. Original Shipping Charges including Rural Delivery Fees are “NON-REFUNDABLE”. Due to Health & Safety Reasons, some products in Health & Beauty Product Range such as Cosmetics, Fragrances, Sprays etc. are “NOT ELIGIBLE” for a return.
If you have an order you would like to return, please get in touch with us with the details describing the issue and after our investigation, we will get back to you to let you know if your return request is accepted or not. If eligible, we will offer you a pre-paid return shipping label or courier pickup arrangement from your address. Or we may provide you our return shipping address, and you can use any reputable tracked courier service to ship it back to us.
NOTE: All returned items are subject to inspection upon successful arrival before any decision is taken to resolve the issue. Any refunds applicable would be processed through the same payment method used by the buyer to place the order in the first place.
