This is an excellent product. It is different from all other water boiling kettles. It is actually a water boiling tea pot. Also very decorative for kitchen or dining/lounge rooms. Thoroughly recommend this product.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived, please notify us so we can investigate the matter with the courier. Investigations may take up to 2-3 business days before we can provide a resolution.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of making a return request, provided the item meets the following conditions:
1- It is in its original, brand-new, unused, and sealed condition
2- All original packaging, labels, tags, instructions, and accessories are included
For "Change of Mind" returns:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases, we may offer a return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup, with the return shipping cost deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, including rural delivery fees, are non-refundable.
