Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and a refund can be issued after inspecting the returned item.

Excluded items: Infrared Saunas and Toilet Bidets are not accepted for change of mind return.
