Change of Mind

If your order has not yet shipped, but you have a change of mind or would like to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once our customer service team receive your request, we will help you with the change or process refund of the amount you paid for the goods.

If the order is shipped and you no longer need the product, simply return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date with the unopened original packaging. Please email us with your order number and photo proof of good in condition to receive your return authorization. Under this scenario, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
