Having bought a number of Cat Trees in the past that were not really 'up to scratch', (pun intended), I decided to try my "go to site", My Deal. There were a number of Cat Tree options available, but the one we decided on was really worth the effort. Our 12 year old fur baby absolutely adores her new Tree, so much so that she rarely uses the one she has had for the past 10 years. It is very easy to assemble, is soft, and as I mentioned, Snuggles is one very contented cat.

Good quality but very expensive for just a step to litter box but overall definitely worth it as saves on vacuuming all the time

My cat just loves this. Its actually changed his diet, as he can now sit and eat dry food and take a drink whenever he wants. Its saved us from finding him drinking from the toilet!

Change of Mind
If your order has not yet shipped, but you have a change of mind or would like to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once our customer service team receive your request, we will help you with the change or process refund of the amount you paid for the goods.
If the order is shipped and you no longer need the product, simply return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date with the unopened original packaging. Please email us with your order number and photo proof of good in condition to receive your return authorization. Under this scenario, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choice by registered post and inform us of the tracking number once you shipped back the item. We will process the refund as soon as our warehouse receives the item(s) back from you and examined the condition. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to all the refund recipients.
Reminder: Please note that the buyer must take reasonable care to make sure the item is received by us and does not damage in transit.
Defect & Damage
For the item in your order that is defective or damaged in shipping, please kindly take pictures or videos of the product and tell us where you think it's flawed. Please contact us with digital proofs and order number. We will start an investigation once we hear from you. We reserve the right to refuse to arrange a refund, repair or replacement if the product is not faulty or the product fault has arisen because the product was misused by you. You'll get a refund once we confirm it's a defect. The shipping fee, if any, won't be refunded.
