Products are shipped out Monday - Friday, Orders placed After 3pm on Fridays to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. (Excluding Public Holidays)
Warranty Policy
All of our products come with a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.
5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames
All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty
30-Day Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)
Your only two responsibilities here will be:
The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:
Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions
We do have some excluded products from our 30-day return policy:

The process of returning the item is as follows:
Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link
You will need to organise to return to the sender
We will keep a look out for the returned item
Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you
Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

Really good quality, especially for the price! Exactly as pictured. Pretty straight forward to put together, followed the instructions and all the tools to put it together came included. Would highly recommend buying!

My husband said it was very easy to put together and a very clever design of how it was packaged and he liked that the metal base was joined and you could just fold it out.

This bed is absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. The diamond tufted headboard is modern yet contemporary. The bed is easy to assemble and looks amazing. I love it.

Gosh! Where do I start..I put this bed together myself (64 yold woman). I watched the video and read the reviews...from the way it was packed to the end result was awesome. I would recommend this bed to everyone..the quality is amazing. The ratchet for tightening the screws is wonderful. The bed is so solid, it doesn't move and with my mattress, makes the bed higher which is easy to get in and out of...by the way I'm also tall and disabled...thank you Zinus.
