Our warehouse is closed between 20/12/2024 and 2/1/2025. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
All parcels come with a tracking number and do not require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to be left in a safe place.
We partner with courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriersplease.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Huge. You could put 10 trees in this thing. But that wasn't a problem, I just folded down the excess. It's a teensy bit thinner than I thought, but does the job and provides protection. Has big handles for lifting and a good zip. Also comes in a cute little bag which I found amusing because it's a bag itself and there's no way after using it you could fold it small enough to go back in this little bag ... but hey, bonus - use it for toiletries or something else. Price was amazing.
