Max size when filled with fluffy stuff: 165x38x76cm. Max capacity: 470L
Due to the purpose of the design it is for light duty use only and can't hold heavy stuff.
Made of Polyethylene(PE), there is no plastic smell. The PE cloth is waterproof, but water may penetrate through the zipper area.
It comes with handles on both short side and on top side. There is a transparent pouch to insert a tag on one side of the bag
