I bought this gate to keep cats down one end of the house as my mum has moved in with us and she has 2 cats. It is a simple lift gate design with no latches so it is easy for my mum to use, but it is sturdy enough that neither of her cats have been able to best it so far. A fantastic and simple solution for separating our hallway, bought with the 10.5cm extension it isn't quite wide enough at the top to go across from wall to wall but with a simple chock of hard carboard it is working perfectly, would be a great fit in a doorway.

Handling Time - 1-2 days.
Shipping time - You can check the shipping company for the time they need to deliver your parcel. Below is an estimate only (Business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays):
Sydney metro areas: 1-2 days
NSW regional: 2-4 days
NSW remote: 4-7 days
ACT area: 2-6 days
Metro areas of VIC, SA, QLD: 4-7 days
Metro areas of TAS, NT, WA: 7-14 days
Remote areas of countries: 10-14 days
Shipping From - All orders dispatched from Ingleburn NSW 2565.
Shipping Agents - We work directly with shipping companies; No agents involved, that's why shipping is fast.
Exceptions - Some large items may not be able to be shipped by Auspost, hence not to PO box and some not applicable for the couriers. Please read the warning or special note section of the listing.
Tracking Numbers - tracking numbers will be uploaded around noon everyday after the parcels have been packed and picked up by shipping companies.
Shipping Issues - please watch the tracking update from the shipping companies's websites closely and if there is any issue, contact them immediately and let us know if the issue is not resolved.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
