Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty

It's much lighter than I expected. Also the baseplate is tiny. I was expecting it to be much more solid & the feet are also very small. As a larger person I don't feel safe with it.

Bought walking sticks for my parents for travel. At first we couldn't locate where/how to turn on the torch feature but with little bit of fidgeting, we finally worked out where it was! Currently working fine and the flashlight is our favorite feature of this product as it lights up brightly safely for both my parents. Now I don't need to guide them by turning on my mobile phone torch! I just need to hold both of them!

It is was super fast delivery and it was all intact. It is a great walking stick, especially having the LED light which will be very useful at night. The base is great as it stands up on it's own, definately what you want to save bending. Very pleased
