Directions for use
PURE GREEN SUPERFOOD POWDER
One serve = 3g (1 level teaspoon).
ADULTS: use 1 - 3 serves daily - shake in vegetable / fruit juice, or simply combine with foods. For very active people needing extra nutrition or athletes in training, increase daily intake gradually to 3 or more serves.
CHILDREN: Age 1 - 12 years: use 1/2 - 1 serve daily.
GREEN SUPERFOOD CAPSULES (VEGETABLE CAPSULES)
One serve = 3 capsules.
ADULTS: use 1 - 3 serves daily with a glass of fresh water - for very active people needing extra nutrition or athletes in training, increase daily intake gradually to 3 or more serves.
CHILDREN: Age 1 - 12 years: Do not give capsules to small children, use 1/2 - 1 serve of POWDER ONLY, mixed in juice or added to food.
CAUTION: Chlorella can have a powerful detoxification and cleansing effect in the bowel, so if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, always consult your healthcare professional before taking.
