I have very fine, coloured short hair that would just not grow, as it kept snapping off. I discovered these supplements and have been taking one a day for 4 - 5 years now. My hair is in much better condition and doesn't break anymore. It took a while for these to work (3-4 months) and I've heard other people say the same however, I will continue to have them as they work for me.

The friend for whom I purchased this honey says it’s the only one that she eats. It was for her birthday. It arrived 2 days late but that didn’t matter.

Great value for money and the stuff really works. Having now tried both the orange and wild berry flavours, I would probably the orange but wild berry us still good.
