This high-quality poly rattan sunlounger combines style and functionality, and will become the focal point of your garden or patio.

Thanks to the water-resistant PE rattan, the sunlounger is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily use. The lounge bed features a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, making it very stable and durable. The backrest can be adjusted for the most comfortable position. The thickly-padded, removable cushion adds to its seating and lying comfort. The low-maintenance polyester cover can be removed and washed.

Note: We recommend covering the sunlounger in the rain, snow or frost.

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
