If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.

Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

This took a little bit of patience to assemble however it was well worth taking the time to work it out. Beautifully made and very strong. We looked at lots of swing chairs and decided the wooden canopy would outlast all the canvas versions by a long way. Just so relaxing sitting in this chair and gently moving back and forth. Highly recommended
