Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

The teak wood bench is just great, durable timber and exactly what I wanted. Some minor issues I would like to raise. At 1.2m long, it's only a two-person bench swing. Not an issue, but worth noting. One of the chain links has separated at the welded joint. There is no load rating on the chain or D-Shackles. In addition, the chains were not long enough for my use. So I have replaced the chain and D-Shackles with load-rated ones which give me a greater level of confidence with the hardware. The SS Ceiling bracket was ordered from the USA. Each one is load rated to 450kg. See photos. However, some basic engineering knowledge is required to understand load ratings and fix them to the roof rafters. Be sure the surface to which you are mounting the SS swing brackets can support the weight and forces involved.
