Returns Policy

  3. Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

  4. If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

For damaged items in transit:

  • The door handles don’t align, damage to the paintwork, small dent in middle door

  • Very flimsy materials. Dimensions are as stated, but internal space is disappointingly small. Doors align well as they are pre-hinged, but drawers are slightly out of alignment. A screw in the prefab drawer front had pierced the front of the drawer as it had been screwed in too far; I was able to hammer the tip in a bit so as not to be a danger. The top oak board was stained in an unnatural yellow stain making the unit look cheap. I was able to sand and restain in clear matt water based before assembly and it came up well, truer oak looking. Not sure if the cupboards will be strong enough to hold what is intended.

  • Very poor quality, made from cheap timber. There were no pilot holes for the screws which caused the timber to expand and crack. Also the assembly instructions were essentially useless as the letter system on paper did not match up to the letters on the flat packed pieces.

  • My fault for not reading the dimensions of this three door sideboard. It was way smaller than I assumed. One of the panels were broken on arrival. Informed my deal who handed it over to the seller. They suggested sending me a replacement panel to which I agreed. So my son put it together leaving things loose to replace the panel. After many emails backwards and forwards they suggested I disassemble the item, rebox it and send it back! I’m 64 years old. The box is long gone so there’s nothing to pack it back into let alone get it up to the post office. I’ve conceded defeat and now have a useless $450 or so cupboard stuck in the garage til council pick up day. I’ve had good dealings with my deal but this one has soured things a lot. Make sure you read the dimensions of things! Never assume furniture will be standard sizes.
