The rabbit farmhouse allows access through 2 doors and is constructed from solid firwood frame, making it stable and durable. Also, the tilting green roof is covered with water-resistant fabric and keeps rain away. A drawer lined with sheet metal is used for easy cleaning of the rabbit hutch. The cubby offers the perfect sleeping area. Additionally, the easy-climb ramp leads from the lower ground to the upper floor, and the pull-out tray makes cleaning easy.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
