For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

I am really confessed by this cupboard. First of all photos are very deceiving as the cupboard is way smaller than shown, but that's not the main problem. THIS CUPBOARD STINKS LIKE ROTTEN FISH. YES THATS RIGHT ROTTEN FISH I am unable to use this cupboard while making it up I thought no it must be my Imagination. So I left it open with nothing I it I can nor use this cupboard as I left a pair of shoes in it and my shoes came out rotten. I really do not know why or how this has happened but it's like the wood has got something dead in it. PLEASE HELP. WHAT CAN I DO.
