These PVC flooring planks resembles authentic natural texture thanks to their mimicked pattern while offering more durability and less maintenance. These planks are mildew-resistant, allergy-resistant, antistatic, flame-retardant, waterproof, nonslip, etc. The self-adhesive flooring is best suited for smooth, dry, clean, and flat surfaces to prevent breakage, air bubbles, warping, or peeling. It is not recommended for wet or uneven ground, hot surfaces, or as a subfloor.

If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
