The powder-coated steel frames make the table, chairs and stools strong and sturdy, and thanks to their lightweight constructions, all items are easy to move. Thanks to the weather-resistant and waterproof PE rattan, the dining set is easy to maintain. The acacia hardwood tabletop with a natural oil finish is easy to clean with a damp cloth.

The thick, soft, foam-filled seat and back cushions are highly comfortable and made of water-repellent polyester. The removable and washable covers are equipped with zips.

Delivery includes 1 table, 8 chairs, 4 stools, and 20 cushions. Note: We recommend covering the set in the rain, snow and frost.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
