Featuring a powder-coated steel frame covered with weather-resistant PE rattan, these dining chairs are sturdy and easy to clean. With its adjustable backrest and footrest, you can comfortably sit back and fully relax. The backrest will recline by pulling the button on the side. Thanks to the lightweight construction, the chairs are easy to move. It is also delivered with highly comfortable, thickly-padded cushions for the ultimate comfort. The low-maintenance polyester covers can also be removed and washed.

Important note: We recommend covering the dining set during rain, snow and frost for its best service to last.

Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
