Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.

Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Being a cheaper nightstand set, I'm still impressed with the finish of these tables. They ARE rather small/short, so pay attention to the measurements, but the edges and corners look nice. Some other chipboard items i've bought have had chipped/cheap edges which make the item look scruffy, but these nightstands are very lovely! Would definitely recommend for a bargain set of side tables.
