Our stylish poly rattan armchair will become the focal point of your garden or patio!

Made of the water-resistant PE rattan, the armchair is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily use. The powder-coated steel frames make the chairs strong and sturdy. The reclining chairs give you all the comfort needed. The backrest will recline by pulling the button on the side. Thanks to their lightweight construction, they are easy to move. It is also delivered with highly comfortable, thickly-padded seat cushions for the ultimate comfort. The low-maintenance polyester covers can also be removed and washed. Assembly is easy.

If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
