This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for targeting chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes eight 2.5 kg weight plates, four 1.25 kg weight plates and two 2.25 kg steel dumbbell bars and has a total weight of about 30 kg. This set allows the users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises.

These weight plates are made of cast iron that has been given a baked enamel powder coat finish and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included spinlock collars. The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification.

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
