This high-quality garden furniture cover is suitable for protecting your rattan sets from dirt, wind, rain and UV light year round. It can also be used to protect benches or tables in the garden.

The cover is made of durable polyethylene, which is water-resistant, UV-resistant, tear-resistant and thus suitable for daily use. It has aluminium eyelets and a fastening rope, so it will fit your set better.

Note: This product is not 100% waterproof. So, we recommend you to treat it with a waterproof spray for a better waterproof function.

If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).

Your responsibilities in this process include:

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
