If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. You will need to cover return shipping. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition. 

All sale items are returnable for exchange only and nonrefundable.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Pet Parlour tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pet Parlour in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
