We provide free delivery for sales over $99.99 to 98% of Australia's population. Outside of these areas we provide subsidized shipping based upon item weight. Please note we only ship to Australia. We fulfil within 2 business day. Shipping can take 1 - 8 business days post fulfilment depending on customer location.

We want you to love the product you purchased from Pet Parlour…a lot.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. You will need to cover return shipping. All refunds will be issued as store credit within 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products, unless they are due to a faulty product in which case a full refund will be issued. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition

All sale items are returnable for exchange only and nonrefundable.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Pet Parlour tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pet Parlour in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
