2. The video output will be 4K only if your device supports 4K resolution, also please make sure you use HDMI 2.0 or higher cable.
3. If your device is MacBook M1 Series, due to chip limitations, you cannot use two HDMI ports at the same time! Supports only one external monitor.
4. EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) may turn off for a few seconds (maximum 1 minute depending on laptop and monitor) during data transfer; Please wait until the data is complete.
5. Please make sure your device has a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or a multi-function USB Type-C port to be compatible with this docking station; the USB Type-C port must support charging, data transmission, video output.
