All of our products come with a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.

5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames

All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty

30-Day Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.

However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.

If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Your only two responsibilities here will be:

The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition

Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:

Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions

We do have some excluded products from our 30-day return policy:

The process of returning the item is as follows:

Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link
You will need to organise to return to the sender
We will keep a look out for the returned item
Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.

If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.

Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.

Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.

We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I bought this King size bed frame back in August 2020 as a Christmas present for a family member so didn’t get to construct it until early January. When I unpacked the bed frame I found that the assembly legs had been broken during transit so could not assemble the bed. I contacted both Zinus and My Deal and had instant responses from both companies. Although the replacement part took 3 weeks to arrive the communication was ongoing. The layout of the bed is depicted well on the construction brochure. I managed to construct it by myself even though I had a back injury. All screws are included plus an Allen key and spanner plus they also give you spare screws. So easy to follow the construction brochure as the screws are all labelled with their part numbers. The bed frame itself looks very elegant and is very sturdy. The slats are attached to each other which is so much easier than my last bed frame which needed individual slat placement. Plus I really liked the velcrose inbetween the slats which stops any slipppage. Excellent product and excellent service if you have any issues.

This is an extremely well designed piece of put it together yourself furniture. It’s sturdy and elegant and my daughter and I assembled it easily in under an hour. It comes with very clear, easy to understand instructions. The slats on this bed are flat and therefore suitable for memory foam mattresses. Highly recommended!
