If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used; the goods are returned in their original packaging; and the goods are not excluded goods from the change of mind policy, as set out below.

Most stocked items (excluding hygiene sensitive items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. *Return label can be issued for helping deduct the postage, but $10 will be deducted off the refund amount.
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We will accept returns for all faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In either case, goods must be returned via the online process.
Orders purchased using a credit card, PayPal or Afterpay can be credited to the customer original payment method or exchange only online.

Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries

I found this quilt to be the best weight for the price compared to the many light-weight (400gsm) Dacron filled quilts which were marginally cheaper. I bought it for Glamping to eliminate adding extra covers, and it is warm...very warm. The price was very competitive. If you live in a cool climate and suffer from the cold nights then this quilt should do the job.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of this quilt. It is very warm and soft and although it feels fairly heavy in the bag, it feels quite light when you are sleeping under it. I have only been using this doona for a week and it will be interesting to see if it retains it’s warmth after a few months/years of use.
