
Water Softening Filter
Not all filters are created equal. The TruSens enhanced water softening filter minimises mineral build up and white dust to deliver cleaner mist. This also helps to prolong the life of the humidifier. The filter lasts an average of 4 months for a full season of humidified air.
SensorPod Humidity Monitor and Control
Once you choose your optimal humidity level, a separate SensorPod helps control the right balance of moisture in the air to help alleviate side effects of dry indoor air. The TruSens Humidifier will adjust the required level of mist based on readings from SensorPod to maintain the humidity level you specify. The remote control feature allows users to control the humidifier’s power (on/off), misting speed, and dimmer (on/off).
Large Water Tank
A larger tank means less refilling. Ideal for rooms up to 45 square metres the 5 litre tank delivers a long-lasting stream of mist without having to fill the humidifier multiple times a day. The TruSens Humidifier automatically shuts off when the tank is empty and features a detachable lid for easy filling and cleaning.
Quiet Operation

Filters That Minimize White Dust - The high-performance water softening filter minimizes mineral build up and white dust to deliver a cleaner mist. An added UV-C light, (N-300 only), helps remove bacteria in the mist.
Remote Humidity Monitor and Control - The separate SensorPod is both a humidity monitor and control. The remote-control feature allows users to control the humidifier’s power (on/off), misting speed, and dimmer (on/off). Placed up to 33 feet away (10 meters) from the humidifier, SensorPod detects moisture levels in the air and sends real-time readings for the humidifier to automatically adjust.
All items are dispatched from our facility in Sydney NSW with Australia Post eParcel services or equivalent Australian couriers with full online tracking numbers. PO Box/Parcel Collects are accepted.

Warranty Claims/Faulty Goods
In the case your product is faulty or damaged please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard for a return authorisation. Once your return has been authorised, you will receive return postage instructions. Faulty products will be tested to confirm the fault, and refunded or replaced if found to be faulty. Items found to be working will be charged a re-delivery fee to return the item to the buyer. Please check the Manufacturer's website for support and/or latest updates & patches which can provide solutions to most common problems. Some product warranties/troubleshooting are managed directly by the manufacturer, you will be guided and notified of this should that be the case. However, all eligible items can still be returned to us to handle warranty claims.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us for an agreed resolution. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting and more details about warranty terms.
All change of mind returns must be sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in new resalable condition. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note:
1. Customer will be responsible for any return postage costs
2. Processing time is generally 1 week from when we receive the faulty unit
3. Claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval
4. Customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number (if applicable) when contacting us
