Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2/14 Childs Road, Chipping Norton, NSW 2170, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
Warranty for all products sold by Simply Homeware is 30 days at minimum and can be up to 5 years. The exact warranty period and type (manufacturer or supplier) is always specified in the product page/listing.
My son loves this toy, it is easy to put together the semi auto firing feature on this toy is good, the battery is lasting well we have not needed to charge it for 4days now. The sticky bullets don't necessarily stick to much besides the t.v or a window but that doesn't bother him as he just likes to shot it. Over all im happy with the purchase.

Powerful and accurate I've tested this rifle and it fires well to 5 meters, its strongly built and the rifle itself will serve you well. The downside is it only comes with 10 darts. The suction darts do work at 5 meters. The scope is adjustable. It works better with only 8 rounds in the mag any more and it tends to jam. Also you must push the cocking lever forward before firing or it will not work, the rounds just flop out the barrel exactly like I've read in other reviews. It's not automatic. It is a reverse bolt action where you pull the lever back then push it forward for it to work. If you just cock it to the rear it will still fire, (loud spring slap) but there is no compressed air to push the dart. Pushing the lever forward opens the air chamber that gives you velocity. Note: don't push the lever forward to hard or you can push the dart out of the barrel thank you to MyDeal for letting me tell you this. I'm happy with it. Sniper Soft Oz.

Thank you, the delivery was fast and the product was exactly as shown, I absolutely loved it, but it's not automatic It works perfectly as a single shot. I am really happy But there are no instructions and you need to know that you must push the cocking lever forward before you fire or it won't work, (like a bolt action). It shoots 5 meters with accuracy and power. I would recommend this toy.
