Gentle on delicate baby skin and our precious environment, the Toshi Baby Sleep Bag is designed for enhanced comfort & sleep security. The 1.0 TOG thermal rating, makes the Toshi Sleep Bag ideal for warm weather 22 - 26o. With a quilted jersey fabric on the outer for warmth and comfort, the Sleep Bag is also fully lined. The design incorporates a bell shaped bottom for movement and development of baby hips and legs. A two-way zip offers ease of nappy change and the zip is covered for enhanced comfort & security. Arm-out sleeping for warmer climates is accommodated. The seat belt opening facilitates ease of transfer from the pram to the sleep space and a more carefree travel experience. NEXTRA SUNBURY will endeavor to deliver your purchases to you as soon as possible.

All orders will be processed and shipped within three business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order with to major cities within Australia. Deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory can take up to 10 business days.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or SENDLE with standard delivery.

A secure delivery address is recommended. Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance, unfortunately, NEXTRA SUNBURY cannot be responsible for stolen or lost parcels.

Change of Mind

As a Nextra Sunbury customer, you are entitled to a 14-day return period from the time that the goods you ordered have been received through courier service tracking.

Note: The return delivery time is not included as part of this 14-day return period. If for any reason you have a change of mind with your purchase or the goods you purchased are faulty or damaged during transit, you are entitled to a refund as long as the following conditions are met: You MUST send us a message within the 14-day return period, discussing the goods and order number in question, and the reason for return.

For any change of mind, goods must be returned in their original condition (including the product packaging) with postage paid.

For Change of Mind returns, a refund will be credited to your account on receipt of the goods in good (fit for re-sell) condition, so attention to return packaging is important!

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have the following:

-The goods have been used, dropped, or broken after opening.

- Any attempt to alter the goods or the same goods have been purchased from an external seller.

- Change of mind returns are not accepted for Personal Hygiene products, in-ear Headphones, intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear, and adult toys due to hygienic reasons.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all necessary postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. We, therefore, advise you take opt for shipment registration & insurance with your postal carrier. Nextra Sunbury will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Be certain to return the correct goods, otherwise, if the goods received were not as discussed, Nextra Sunbury will not cover any postage costs to send the goods back.

The sooner we are notified of a change of mind or problem with the received goods, the sooner we can resolve the issue and advise return details.

Faulty/Damaged

For damaged goods, proof must be provided (such as images of faulty parts, damaged parts, and damaged packing box), and goods must be returned.
