Professional sharpening for the best results
Sharpening your round knife blades to professional sharpness is as easy as can be with the RBS-140 Round Blade Sharpening Attachment. After mounting the blade in the accessory, fold it down onto the grinding wheel and start the machine. The accessory is designed so that your round knife blades self-rotate against the fine-grained diamond grinding wheel and are sharpened without you having to do anything more than to start the machine.
After about a minute, the blade is fully sharpened. You then remove the blade and hone it separately on the composite honing wheel to remove the burr that's formed and polish the edge to razor-sharpness (be sure to wear protective gloves!). It's just as easy to do as the blade will be sharp!
