












You will need to complete some minor final assembly before riding, and all the tools required to assemble the bike have been listed on the carton and in the manual.
Please note, that all bicycles purchased online, are mechanical devices and need to be serviced regularly to ensure proper functioning.
New gear and brake cables will stretch during the initial ride-in period, and will need to be adjusted after approx 50kms of riding.

Warranty, Returns and refunds
In the event of a product arriving faulty or damaged, a replacement item will always be sent unless the item is unavailable at which a refund will be given.

Warranty
Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose.
The Australian Consumer Law has introduced new requirements in respect of warranties against defects for goods supplied on and from 1 January 2012.
You may have purchased parts or accessories where the manufacturer provided a warranty against defects (Manufacturer Warranty). Any Manufacturer Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies of that you may have at law in relation to the goods. The goods that you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance The Bicycle Depot deems the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 1 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified
