An all vegan and all-natural fish oil alternative, Therapeia Australia Omega 3 Marine Algae is made from sustainably farmed marine algae, ocean-growing plants which are the food sources of EPA and DHA for fish.

By taking fish out of the equation, Therapeia Australia has made an environmentally-friendly product that contributes to the health of the oceans and planet. In addition, their algae are farmed, not harvested from the wild. This low-impact method of sourcing omega 3 fatty acids means that they can quality control for mercury and oxidation while nourishing their baby algae with sunlight and clean water.

When their algae are ready to be picked, they transform it into omega 3 oil using a hexane-free extraction method, reducing potential damage to the DHA and EPA content of the algae. Their product is encapsulated as soon as possible after becoming oil, to prevent it from going rancid. Finally, they independently test each and every batch of their Vegan Omega 3 to absolutely ensure that it’s not rancid, it’s mercury-free and it’s high in DHA and EPA.

Independently Tested

Therapeia Australia tests its products via Agrifood Technology, a highly regarded lab in Victoria, Australia. While each batch does vary slightly, they require a minimum of 250mg DHA and 150mg EPA in each capsule as well as undetectable mercury levels.

A 100% vegan product that bypasses the extremely destructive process of large scale fish farming. Fish eat algae and so they become rich in the omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) so rather than harvesting fish, we go straight to the source, marine algae!

One of the biggest problems with omega-3s is that they oxidise very quickly. Once oxidised they not only lose their anti-inflammatory benefits but become inflammatory. We accept returns on our products* provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened, or the seal broken. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of your order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the delivery costs.

Change of mind returns is not available for razors, blades, facemasks, underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, chocolate, reusable sanitary pads, feminine hygiene products, or gift cards.

All returns must be received within 30 days.

All items must be unused, with seals intact and tags attached where applicable. Products' packaging must also be received intact with no tears or blemishes.

We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.

We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note we don't refund delivery costs.

Exchanges are possible. We will cover the shipping costs for your replacements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please contact us asap. We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.

Sensitivities - We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on the website so please look at these carefully. Chocolate - We do not ship chocolate in cold packaging. Please be mindful when you order; if the weather is hot it can damage the chocolate so we do not advise purchasing in hot weather. We do our best to hold on to shipping chocolate until the weather is cooler in our area but that does not mean it is cooler on the whole journey. We don't offer refunds or replacements for melted chocolate.
