Orders are shipped from our Sydney distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. Estimated delivery times vary by location: 3-5 business days for VIC, 4-8 business days for NSW, SA, and ACT, and 7-10 business days for QLD, NT, WA, and TAS. If a parcel is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or rejection by the receiver, additional fees may apply for re-delivery. 3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
