All items are dispatched from Melbourne in Australia. In most cases, delivery takes about 2 - 7 business days to arrive in metro areas; and up to 10 business days in other areas excluding weekends and public holidays. Some items require extra handling time before dispatch, therefore the delivery time will be extended. Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Time Frame on the listing for more details. It is our aim to ship Australia wide and provide free shipping on most items where possible. We work with multiple shipping carriers and all services are defaulted to authority to leave (ATL) to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. Please provide a physical street address and ensure shipping details are complete, correct and final when you place your order. Change of shipping details may not be supported once we receive your order. Company name is required for commercial addresses. Tracking information is provided to all orders. Please use the tracking information to estimate the delivery date of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please send us a message and we will request the carrier company to investigate and find out what has happened. Pickup is unavailable.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We hope you will love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind or purchased the item by mistake you can send us a message to request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please obtain return authorisation and instructions from us before sending your item back.
You must return the item in new and saleable condition, in original sealed packaging and/or tags attached and along with all included accessories, fitting kits and instruction manuals. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised. For change of mind/purchased by mistake returns, shipping fees and risks are at buyer’s cost. A refund will be decided after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price plus $10 will apply, which will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty
Unless stated otherwise most of our items come with a standard 1 year warranty, excludes normal wear and tear and/or misuse of items. Please send us a message and provide details of your claim. Onsite repairs, shipping/transport fees are not covered by warranty. You may be required to send the item back at your own costs/risks for inspections. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised.
